1. Must contact Donna to let her know if you will not be attending a meeting.
2. Members will be asked on a rotating basis to help by supplying a snack or beverage for meetings.
3. From Oct. -April we will be meeting on average 2 times a month. Some meeting will have guest speakers. Some meetings will be hands on in the barn.
4. To be a member in good standing you must participate in at least 1 of the county wide fundraisers.
5. There will be no charge for using Larry and Donna’s horses if it is a 4-H function. This includes club time riding lessons and hands on stuff at the barn.
6. If you use one of Larry and Donna’s horses for fair or horse camp you will only be asked to help supply bedding if it is not already provided. Transportation, feed and equipment will be taken care of by them.
7. If at any time there is something you would like to learn ...let them know!!! We want to teach you!!
8. If a member would like a private hour long lesson from Donna outside of 4-H, let her know. This there is a cost for but you do not need to take lessons from her to be in the club.
9. It is not mandatory to attend all meetings. But it is asked they you try to attend at least one a month to be an active member of the club.
10. Older teen leaders in the club are asked to work together to find interesting things for members to do.
11. All members are required to participate in the club Community Service Projects.
12. If you are having a problem with another club member please let Donna know so things may be worked out.
13. Donna will hold practice days free to members to learn and be ready for their level riding tests, so you will be ready. Any questions please ask her.
